Post Two: 8:25am, Cissey

Dinner last night at Le Gourmandin in Beaune. A Givry of note to drink, foie gras and lamb shoulder, followed by cheese: two versions of Epoisses (fresh and aged) and Ami de Chambertin. Aged Epoisses still a favorite. A baguette from a bread truck for breakfast this morning.
